How does the Free plan work?
Free writes markup for up to 10 products, with the same markup, daily sync and integrations as the paid plans. Choosing it doesn't create a charge in Shopify.
What happens when I reach my product limit?
Products you've already selected keep their markup. To add more, upgrade your plan or deselect some products first.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly in USD through Shopify. The charge appears on your Shopify invoice with your other apps, and Shopify handles payment.
What happens when I change plans?
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep your current limit until then. Moving to Free cancels your paid plan; if more than 10 products are selected, the extra products are deselected and their markup is removed.
What do I need before I start?
A Shopify store and a Yotpo, Okendo, or Klaviyo account with your products' reviews.
What extra support does Pro include?
Every plan gets email support with a reply within 24 hours. Pro requests are answered first, and Pro includes guidance on getting the most from your review markup in search.
